More than a 1000 participants could not travel to Bolivia due to the
eruption of the Eyjafjöll volcano.

to keep a record of the Conference, the web team offers the opportunity
to participate and contribute at a distance. It's an open, free and
collaborative space in which you will be able to see several video or
audio webcasts, to post messages, etc.
